Fantastic Experience!

I bought a car from Junction Auto Sales in early March, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. I honestly didn't know it was possible for buying a car to be such a pleasant, hassle-free, pressure-free experience. My new (to me) car is in beautiful condition, and the price I paid (without haggling -- they simply made me a very attractive offer) was more than fair. After my initial test drive they suggested I take the car home overnight to be sure it was what I was looking for. When I bought the car, completing the paperwork took only a few minutes, with no surprises or pressure. To top it all off, they stopped me as I was driving off the lot (in the rain), took a look at the windshield wipers, and ran in to get replacement blades, which they installed before I left. I can't say enough about the incredible customer service. In talking to others since buying the car I've learned that Junction has an outstanding reputation, and I can definitely see why. I'll be buying my next car at Junction, no question about it.

I had the best experience with this business! No pressure sales, honest, and helpful. I am confident that I got an fair deal too. It's a first car for my 16 year old-I know it's safe & in outstanding condition. I also know that when 'mama' upgrades, this company will have my business for our next purchase! The owner received outstanding comments from everyone that I checked with in my community as well. Don't buy a car without stopping out to Lisbon to check these guys out!

I just want to thank you for a truly pleasant purchase experience. Todd and I communicated online; he told me what the bottom line would be, and when I got to the dealership, the car was ready (and gorgeous!), the deal hadn't changed, and I never saw a piece of paper that even resembled a "four corners sheet", such as one sees at "formula" dealerships. I was on my way in less than an hour. The car is even better than I expected, and I'd give Todd and his staff two "thumbs up." If you're looking for a good vehicle, an honest and fair deal, and a great purchase experience, don't look anywhere else.
